We´ve learned that modal verbs are a category of auxiliars verbs. They always go with an infinitive verb. These verbs don´t make changes in third person. In English, there are only ten modal verbs: must, should, can, could, may, might, shall, will, would and ought to. Also, there are two more modal verbs: need and dare. We´ve learned that the modal verbs express: ability, promise, condition, obligation, probability, preference, certainly, permission or possibility.
